ABOUT US
How we started
Tony and Anthony (Father & Son) always shared two passions that became their father and son bonds: baseball and grilling. So it's no surprise that they held this vision of starting a BBQ restaurant. Shortly after Anthony's college graduation, they partnered up and started running a catering business. They then started competing in summer festivals all around the Chicago area, to test their homemade sauce which is called "BASE". This secret sauce has created a name for itself across the city of Chicago, winning recognition at festivals like WingOut and RibFest.
